Brice Chaffin, a husband and father and member of the Stillwater, Oklahoma community, attended a Stillwater Public Schools (SPS) Board meeting, April 12th, to comment on the policy of SPS to allow transgender boys in the girl’s bathrooms. During the course of his comments, in which he referred to Biblical scripture, he was told he had violated Board policy and was removed from the podium by an armed member of the Stillwater police force. ROPE Overwatch filed a lawsuit against Stillwater Public Schools and SPS Board members in their official capacities.
