America’s Digital Currency Conundrum

One of our favorites – Julianne Romanello – was on with Michael and I last Friday (1.24.25). As usual, the conversation was stimulating and thought provoking.

Technology changes rapidly and concerningly, the way we use our money is changing rapidly as well. Michael is very involved in crypto currency and as such, pays close attention to what is going on in the world of digital currency. So, did you notice that one way Julianne tells us that we can help ourselves is by understanding what digital currency is in a more thorough way? Look up ‘stable coin‘. What is that? What’s the difference between that and Crypto currency? What is Tether? What is Circle? The more we know about these things, the harder it will be for a lobbyist or legislator to put one over on us! Truly, the best thing we can do is stay engaged and when confronted with legislation that could change the way we use money in America or Oklahoma, we say, NO NO NO NO NO!

So, once again, we’ve put this issue right back in YOUR lap! We’re here to help educate you, but so much of the changes we need to prevent have to be done by EACH ONE OF US in order to make an impact. So…get educated, stay informed on legislation and what is happening in the state and speak out when we need to say, “NO!”
