Exposing Another Narrative For The Oklahoma City Bombing

This morning we welcomed former legislator, Charles Key, to the podcast to talk about his research regarding the Oklahoma City bombing.

An Oklahoma Representative in 1995, Key used his role to create a committee that performed an in depth investigation of the bombing which, in 2001, produced at 555 page report full of interviews, photographs and research. For many years, Key has spoken on their research and for as many years, he’s been vilified by Oklahomans who don’t want another explanation other than terrorism for that tragic, horrific loss of life that resulted from the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building in downtown Oklahoma City. Additionally, many people don’t want to believe their government could – or would – do anything to hurt them, so it became easier to vilify Key rather than actually looking at the work he spent years doing so that Oklahomans would have access to the truth and not just a government – or media – narrative.

Interestingly, today’s podcast started out a mess. My internet wouldn’t support the podcast and I had to get in and out of the streaming program several times to get it to load. We had to go live late and even then, I was frozen for a bit before my internet finally worked. Charles couldn’t get his slide show to load. Then, Charles’ internet connection kept going in and out on him. It was VERY hard not to succumb to a voice in my head screaming “CONSPIRACY”! (I’m only sort of joking here! LOL). Though I’ve taken a few clips – which I’ll post below – you’ll want to watch the full podcast on YouTube and Rumble. Even at two full hours, we only got midway through Key’s presentation, so he’ll be back to finish on Wednesday, August 13th at 9am, so mark your calendars accordingly.

To cut to the chase, Key – and the committee – believe that the OKC bombing was a sting operation by the ATF that went bad, not a terrorist-planned plot. In this particular clip, Charles makes the point that, although the Murrah building was home to the ATF, the ATF wasn’t at home the morning of the bombing and witness after witness testified to that fact.

In the clip below, Charles talks about all the witnesses around the Murrah Building who saw Timothy McVeigh with one or two other men – none of whom wereTerry Nichols. What about these men? Why did no one track them down? Why were they not part of a further investigation? Just this situation alone provides way too many questions about the accepted narrative.

In no way was the report prepared by Charles Key and the committee meant to hurt bombing survivors, or to make their horrific situation anything other than exactly what it was – horrific. It was simply meant to bring truth and transparency to a terrible event for which the narrative created by the government and the media didn’t fit once people began to look closely.

In America, we are to be free to question our government; to examine it’s answers for things like the bombing, or 9/11, or where our tax dollars go, or what its divisions – secret and not – do. We have the right to ask if our government is spying on us, or funding regime change efforts resulting in the deaths of Americans, or if a three-letter agency ran an operation meant to do something to scare people or otherwise propel them into asking for legislation that would give them more power over the American people, or that framed American citizens for something they didn’t do that they government agents did instead.

So, if you think Charles Key is a crackpot, or you’re offended (like YouTube apparently!) that we have the temerity to buck the words the government strings together and tells us about certain things, this podcast probably isn’t for you. If, on the other hand, you like to practice discernment and critical thinking that might mean once-cherished ideas shatter like glass that get swept into the trash at the end of the day, hang out here with us, we’ve got your number.

Lots Of Dark Money and PACs Fueling Barbara Peck’s Ward 3 Oklahoma City Council Campaign

The Ward 3 City Council race is beginning to blow up as it heads into the stretch for the finish line with voters going to the polls on Tuesday, February 11th.

Two candidates are vying for the Ward 3 seat, the incumbent, Barbara Peck and her challenger, Katrina Avers.

Ward 3 contains the City of Mustang and the Will Rogers International Airport.

NonDoc hosted a candidate forum with both candidates. The area including Ward 3 is growing at a very fast pace. Annexation from Oklahoma City and a large $100 million dollar amphitheater has concerned residents of the Ward.

Candidate positions aside, when former ROPE Board Member Julia Seay sent me the direct mail piece published at the top of the article, it felt important to look into exactly who was funding both candidates.

The address of the direct mail piece is 6608 N. Western Avenue #1392, Oklahoma City, OK 73116. There is a phone number listed as 405-534-4870, but it is clearly a Google number with a generic “leave a message” voice note. The card says it is “authorized and paid for by The Revitalization Project”.

The address goes to the Nichols Hills Pack-n-Ship. If you’ve read any of my articles on Dark Money in Oklahoma, you’ll know that this is an often-used address in the Dark Money world. It was used to knock out Ronda Peterson in Edmond’s HD39 election. In addition, it was also used for numerous other PACS during the 2022 election cycle.

Consequently, I looked up The Revitalization Project. Here’s what I found:

  1. There is no listed entity for them as an Oklahoma registered PAC in the Guardian System on the Oklahoma Ethics Commission website.
  2. There is no listing for them as a PAC on the FEC website (Federal Election Commission).
  3. There is, however, an organization that I found with the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search tool.

Consequently, we know that The Revitalization Project is NOT A PAC, it is a 501C-4 organization that is OPERATING AS A PAC.

The Revitalization Project was begun with a Dayton, Ohio address and in 2010. This is the year the Citizens United court case opened the door for dark money funding of political campaigns. I am going to paste a copy of the Dark Money flow chart I made in 2022 below for reference.

For the first several years, there were no expenditures and post cards were filed as the organization had less than $50k in filings. The organization has changed it’s structure several times over the past decade, but in 2017 and 2018, Demetria Gill was identified as the President, Norma Church was the Secretary and Evan Handy the Treasurer.

Evan Handy is the manager of South Creek Group (SCG), a political consulting group linked with numerous Dark Money PACS/501C-4’s in my 2022 research – as with the Advance Oklahoma and Build and Protect PACs above. In 2020, only Alex Mendez was listed as Director, with no one else associated with the organization and in 2022 the address for The Revitalization Project changed from Dayton, to Springfield, Virginia.

Looking through the organizations 990’s, several names identified with Dark Money PACs in 2022 were listed. In 2020, the C4 received $160k from America’s Values First. In 2021 they received money from the Commonwealth Conservative Fund and in 2022, they donated to Americans United for Values ($100k), Affordable Energy PAC ($155k), A Public Voice ($72k) and $750k to the American Exceptionalism Institute to name a few.

Why in the world, is an organization like this involved in an Oklahoma City Council Race?

This got me more curious, so I went to the City of Oklahoma City ethics filings for Ward 3.

This was fascinating.

BARBARA PECK

Up to now, Barbara Peck has spent a little over $47 thousand dollars.

  • She’s received money from the Oklahoma Realtor’s PAC ($2500), OMCA PAC (Oklahoma Municipal Contractors $2500) and the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber PAC ($4000), Oklahoma Firefighters Association PAC ($5000)
  • In individual contributions, she’s had $2500 contributed by Terry Zerby (a developer), PB Odom – a developer – $1000 and a bit over $1000 by Xavier Neira – a Norman developer – and 2 donations from Tyler Media for $800. There are other $500 from developers and contractors as well

Then, there’s this rather large donation:

KATRINA AVERS

Dr. Avers has, up to now, spent a bit over $7600.

Her largest donations have been individuals: Dr. Warren G. Low ($3300) and his wife Peggy ($3300). The second highest have been 2, $1000 donations from Randy and Lana Elliott Construction Unlimited.

The rest of her donations have been under $500.

CLOSING

Look, I understand that Peck is the incumbent in an Oklahoma City Ward with a lot of growth and growth potential, but there is an ENORMOUS difference in these two candidates in terms of their fund raising. It is apparent that Peck’s supporters are hoping (nay, expecting) to see quite a bit of work in the Ward.

Is that all that good governance is about? Creating growth and jobs? In this Ward – after the million dollars worth of amphitheater was voted down by residents – I don’t think so.

Six Reasons OKC Residents Should VOTE NO On BOTH OKC Public Schools Bond Issues

Tomorrow (Tuesday, 11/8/22), Oklahoma City voters will go to the polls.  After voting for numerous candidates, OKC voters will have TWO PROPOSITIONS on which to vote to provide OKC Public Schools numerous opportunities for spending their property taxes.

Let’s look at the reasons to VOTE NO:

1. This bond initiative will SUBSTANTIALLY increase property taxes on Oklahoma City residents.  The Oklahoman says the issue would “raise the district’s mill levy to $26 for every $1,000 of assessed property value”.  This means if you own a house assessed at 175,000, your property taxes per year would be $4,550.  What will this do to the elderly and those on fixed incomes?

2. Oklahoma City Public Schools has HORRIBLE scores overall.  Let’s look at just a few of these (which you can verify here):

  • Britton Elementary: 90% BELOW GRADE LEVEL in English – 97% BELOW GRADE LEVEL in Math (demographics: 6.6% Caucasian, 41% Black, .5% Asian, 46.4% Hispanic
  • Quail Creek Elementary: 64% BELOW GRADE LEVEL in English – 75% BELOW GRADE LEVEL in Math (demographics: 44% Caucasian, 29.4% Black, 2.3% Asian, 10.3% Hispanic)
  • Bodine Elementary: 89% BELOW GRADE LEVEL in English – 93% BELOW GRADE LEVEL in Math (demographics: 13.3% Caucasian, 43.9% Black, 0% Asian, 29.6% Hispanic, 4.2% Native American
  • Cesar Chavez Elementary: 94% BELOW GRADE LEVEL in English – 95% BELOW GRADE LEVEL in Math – 95% BELOW GRADE LEVEL in Math (demographics: 8.3% Caucasian, 5.3% Black, .4% Asian, 81.9% Hispanic, 1.8% Native American

These scores mean that the students in these schools are essentially NOT BEING EDUCATED AT ALL.  Why in the world should anyone reward OKCPS for NOT DOING THEIR JOB in the first place.

3. If you are a renter, you do not directly pay property tax, but the company/organization/person who owns the building in which you live does.  How can the owners NOT pass such a significant property tax increase on to their tenets.

4. OKCPS Superintendent Sean McDaniel – who broke SB658 which prevented school boards from requiring masks – asked the Board to FIRE five teachers last year for following the law and NOT wearing masks while teaching.

5. Superintendent McDaniel also spoke out against the passage of HB1775, saying, “HB1775 is a solution looking for a problem that doesn’t exist.”  After passage of the bill, the entire eight member OKCPS School Board voted to FORMALLY DENOUNCE THE BILL.

6. This year – as in previous years since 2017 – OKCPS participated in the OKC Pride Alliance Parade WITH A TAXPAYER-FUNDED SCHOOL BUS.

OKCPS does not in any way exemplify – or even typify – a functional, taxpayer-supported, educational institution; they are – like so many public schools – a system of government-supported indoctrination centers serving to spread the ‘woke’ infection.

OKCSPS DOES NOT DESERVE ANY MORE HARD-EARNED PROPERTY TAX DOLLARS FROM OKLAHOMA CITY RESIDENTS. 

VOTE NO ON BOTH OKCPS BOND PROPOSITIONS!
